One of the employees I believe that he is like a supervisor. He was so I respectful with the people and me. He’s a tall guy with black and white uniform. He was also making fun of some of the people and getting in peoples conversations. That was bad

Very Good
Breakfast at the buffet and dinner at the restaurants was pretty good for an all inclusive resort, and the shows were fun to watch. My kids had a blast, they really enjoyed the kids pool and the water slides, plus the nice ladies at the kids club. My partner loved the deli/coffee bar, they had great coffee and baked sweets for a mid afternoon snack. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with a great AC. The location was great, with restaurants across the street if you wanted a break from the resort.
Besides the buffet, lunch was inconsistent... The sushi bar was not open every day, you had to be in line for over an hour to get a pizza and they were always running out of food (which it wasn't good) at the snack bar.

Overall we were happy with our stay. We were unaware that the priority was to sell time shares
Beautiful grounds and clean facilities. The staff were awesome. We had great service at every aspect. Special shout out to front gate security, they helped me change a flat tire on my rental car. Entertainment was also good
We tried and tried to make dinner reservations to no avail, all 5 days we were there no available reservations. The only way was to sit through a sale a pitch for club Solaris. We were not interested so we didn’t get the special treatment. The food in buffet was all that was available and it wasn’t great.
