Me gustaron las instalaciones, y ubicación. Como así mismo la predisposición de los mozos, y recepcionistas de los restaurantes

La atención al llegar el primer día al hotel, el personal de recepción no me dio indicaciones de a donde comer, como reservar cuales eran las instalaciones. que necesitaba una app para las reservas, Mi estadía fue corta, por lo que la información era necesaria. La comida de los restaurantes, no la sentí de 5 estrellas, así mismo cuando me fui el personal de la entrada no podía ni siquiera ayudarme a llevar mis valijas a la puerta, siendo que no dejaban entrar el uber, me pareció sumamente descortés

LA COMIDA REALMENTE MUY MALA !! Es una lástima realmente ya que el hotel en sí es bonito y buena ubicación , otro problema que solo es todo incluido en esos días , tienes un restaurante general de bufet para México y ser un 5 estrella muy maja la calidad , tienes que buscar que puedes comer ! Para cenas tienes ese mismo restaurante y 2 más uno italiano ( que no hay comida italiana !! ) y un asiático es us una combinación rara entre chino rápido de esos de maja calidad y un poco de cosas fritas !! El internet es terrible se cae la red todo el tiempo muy difícil tener una comunicación telefónica por internet ojalá y puedan mejorar esos aspecto otra cosa sería buena es que se pudiera combinar con el hotel hermano de al lado así tendrías posibilidad de comer otras cosas , como tipp ( si consigues buena tarifa reserva no esperes nada de los restaurantes y comes todo el tiempo fuera ) tienes excelentes restaurantes al rededor y muy cerca del centro de San José !

En general todo muy bien..... es muy familiar el hotel y para adultos mayores

Servicios, amabilidad del personal, alimentos y alberca

La única opción para bebidas después de las 7pm el el lobby bar y no tiene ambiente o fomenta a quedarse ahí (Falta un bar para adultos que cierre mas tarde)

Beautiful grounds and pools. Beautiful beach

Too dark of lighting in hotel room. The soft sale for the newest addition of the lighthouse wasn't what we expected at all. Considering they passed off the salesman as a concierge. Also only app use for reaching hotel staff yet told it had or could be hacked. No blankets couldn't get one and never found the ice machine. We figured out the archaic coffee machine. Coffee was good though. Last day of housekeeping was subpar but oh well guess they knew we were leaving. Probably won't return to this resort anytime in the future.

We loved the staff, overall we enjoyed this resort and will most likely rebook.

The property has a very good location, near many shopping areas and restaurants. The staff as amazing!

The high pressure to become an exclusive member is “too much.” There was some mold in the shower and the food could be better, it’s the same thing over and over.

Overall a fantastic stay at Royal Solaris and would recommend to families!

The resort was very clean and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The size of the resort was perfect as well. Not too big and not too small. Plenty of entertainment which kept my kids ages 4, 8, and 10 occupied all day long. My oldest enjoyed the beach volleyball games at 11am and 3pm daily. The waterpark was a big hit with my younger 2 kids. We also attended the show every evening and they were all fantastic.

Overall, the drinks were great, but I wish there were more options and better options of wine. It was also a bummer that adults could not go down the big waterslides. Also, we requested connecting rooms when we booked this resort and were very disappointed that they could not accommodate us in connecting rooms. It seems there are a very limited number of connecting rooms at this resort.

Wonderful

The facility and everyone on the staff was great. Food and drink options were available all day. Having an adult only pool was important to us. We really liked that the pool water was clear, refreshing, and seemed not chlorinated.

This is a family friendly resort, so if kids and the noise that comes with them is not your thing then you'd be happier elsewhere. But the adult only pool is calm and relaxing so you can avoid the music and games if you like.

Better than an expensive resort in Los Cabos

Hotel rooms were clean, food at the restaurants were great, basic but had everything we needed. We enjoyed water aerobics and the water filter stations. Good vibes compared to more expensive resorts next door.

Questionable cleanliness of pool area and buffet/Cafe Solaris. Gym is smaller but not many people go here for that. Tables in lobby were not wiped up. Zumba was cancelled.

Good value for the money and close to San Jose Del Cabo Plaze Mijares.

Location. Close to San Jose del Cabo and close to shops and restaurants. Very good housekeeping staff. Nice concierge. Very good buffet restaurant. They allow us to use facilities even after we did check out for our flight was not until 6 PM. Beautiful sunset. Coffee was not good. Beautiful sunrise.

The food at Pancho restaurant is not as good as expected. Did not get help from the staff while bringing our luggage from the Uber drop off area. Beach is not swimmable. Pool area is crowded in the middle of the day.

Wonderful

Is a good place to spend time with family. The hotel is more focused in family with kids because they have a little water park for them. The food is acceptable and the drinks are good. All the staff are very kind.

To use the restaurants you need to book but alway are full. The menu on the buffet can have may more food. Some ice cream or crepes will be good.

First all-inclusive, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Breakfast was always great; most other dining also good; late poolside special lunches/grills were awesome!

Drinks were mostly mixers (very light on alcohol; seems they could have made "regular" drinks for the all-inclusive price); walls between rooms were paper thin and at times neighbors got quite loud.

« Tout en détente »

La taille de la chambre / balcon et les équipements (sèche-cheveux, miroir grossissant, coffre-fort, mini bar rempli chaque jour, mouchoirs et crème corporelle, tapis de bain et tapis antidérapant, cafetière, rideaux occultants, plein de points lumineux avec prises). Le confort de la literie. Le petit déjeuner très varié, le Coffee Shop, la variété de restaurants et leurs amplitudes horaires. Le coin piscine pour adultes avec piscine chauffée et jacuzzi. L’amabilité de tout le personnel.

La nourriture du restaurant principal qui manquait de variété et de saveur, le wifi qui se déconnectait tout seul, devoir télécharger une application pour réserver les restaurants, la télévision dans la chambre qui n’offrait que les chaînes du câble et qui n’était pas connectée à internet (donc impossible de caster et de lire du contenu vidéo depuis son propre appareil), l’usure de l’hôtel qui bénéficierait d’un rafraîchissement (fauteuils du restaurant principal usés, carrelage manquant dans le jacuzzi, éléments structurels de la façade manquants)

« Une grande déception et une véritable arnaque ! »

Tout ! Notre séjour au Royal Solaris de San José del Cabo a été un véritable désastre. La nourriture était de très mauvaise qualité, avec des cocktails imbuvables et un buffet pire qu'une cantine scolaire. Malgré l'inscription aux restaurants de spécialités, l'expérience n'a pas été meilleure : attente interminable et plats décevants. La plage était inutilisable en raison des égouts se déversant dans l'océan. Des travaux bruyants au-dessus de la piscine ont perturbé notre séjour pendant 2 jours consécutifs et le service client n'a rien fait pour améliorer la situation. Un dénommé Cesar, quinquagénaire bodybuildé, qui se fait passer pour le propriétaire de l’établissement essaie de vous dire que tout va bien mais en fait, non…tout va mal ! Le premier jour, juste après notre arrivée, l’eau a été coupée pendant 2 heures alors que j’étais sous la douche couvert de savon, je n’ai pas eu d’autre choix que de me rincer avec de l’eau minérale sortie du réfrigérateur ! Et quand vous expliquez au « Concierge » tous vos désagréments, il vous dit avec un grand sourire qu’il va voir ce qu’il peut faire pour vous, mais, sachez à l’avance qu’il ne peut rien faire…Nous avons sympathisé avec un couple de New-York qui venait dans cet hôtel dans le cadre de leur timeshare (RCI) pour la première fois. Dans leur descriptif, le Royal Solaris était noté comme Gold Crown, c’est à dire qu’il était supposé correspondre à un établissement prestigieux. Nos « amis » américains d’une semaine étaient tout comme nous, outrés de la qualité proposée et ont confirmé que ces prestations ne correspondaient en rien au standing revendiqué. Je m’en veux et j’en veux à Booking car j’ai la sensation de m’être bien fait arnaquer !

Nous avons pris 1 petit déjeuner au buffet le vendredi matin. Très bien sauf ne mangez pas les œufs brouillés ils sont dégoûtants. Faites vous faire une omelette à la place

Quand les gens arrivent à la réception pour l’enregistrement. Quelqu’un se place derrière vous cette personne vous est présenté comme étant votre concierge. Il ou elle vous offre un verre(ce qui est habituel dans les tous inclus). Cette personne vous laisse savoir que vous devrez vous asseoir avec elle après l’enregistrement pour vous expliquer certaine chose sur le « Resort » tel que la map et le fonctionnement des restaurants(ce qui est non nécéssaire car le tout est bien documenté. La vraie raison pour cette discussion est la vente de « Time share » ce qu’il ne nomme jamais avec ces termes. Ils vous disent plutôt qu’ils veulent que vous deveniez membre en or du Club Solaris. Il vous demande à quelle moment vous voulez votre rencontre de 1h30. ( en passant à plusieurs moment je mentionne à la dame que ça ne nous intéresse pas que nous somme ici pour 3 jours, pour relaxer, ni plus, ni moins( mais de dire Non n’est pas une option.) Quand elle a vu qu’elle n’arrivait pas à m’inscrire à leur rencontre elle a fait venir son patron.(Francesco je crois).J’ai tenté de lui expliquer, la raison de notre séjour (de plus nous sommes déjà propriétaire au Mexique alors pourquoi je voudrais encore acheter?) De façon insultante son patron me dit ah bon c’est parce que tu dois payer que ça ne t’intéresse pas? Et il me dit vas y dont à la rencontre comme ca Heather va pouvoir obtenir ses points. Pour allez à la rencontre vous devez être en couple, montrer une pièce d’identité, ainsi que votre carte de crédit. De plus un dépôt de 20$USD vous est exigé qui vous sera remis si vous vous présenté à la rencontre(pour nous ca équivaut à 30$cad. Il vous dises qu’avant la rencontre vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit.( mais mon déjeuner est déjà gratuit car j’ai payé pour dans mon forfait 3 jours 1448,92 donc rien de gratuit)avion non inclu. Bref harcèlement, pression insécurité, il appel à votre chambre. Après le rencontre nous sommes partis 1 jour avant je ne voulais plus rester là.
